Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse position in Morristown/Goryeb. This role involves providing comprehensive patient care within the emergency department, utilizing assessment and clinical skills to support patient needs across a diverse population. The position requires delivering safe, efficient, and patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS (for pediatric ER only); graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an Associates or Bachelor's Degree; located in the Morristown/Goryeb area; 0 years of experience minimum.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, starting on 11/16/2026 and ending on 02/13/2027.
• Additional Responsibilities: Performs thorough assessments of patients from Pediatric to Geriatric populations, maintains complete and accurate documentation, demonstrates professional practice responsibility, and promotes patient satisfaction. Follows safety protocols including Universal Protocol and uses proper transfer techniques. Supports pre-operative and post-operative assessments and education, evaluates testing orders, and ensures timely completion of patient testing.
• Clinical Skills: Assessment skills, clinical skills, nursing care, emergency equipment and procedures, and documentation.
• Other Requirements: Ability to individualize patient care based on diagnosis and procedure, demonstrate knowledge of conditions encountered for surgical patients, and contribute to the perioperative team by prioritizing care dynamically.
