Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse Location Unknown. This position involves providing high-quality, holistic care to adult patients in an acute care setting. The role requires assessment, coordination, and delivery of nursing care, ensuring safe patient transitions and effective communication with the healthcare team.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: CA RN Licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS (within 180 days of hire), TNCC (within 180 days of hire), NIHSS (within 90 days), and 2 years of experience.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care, develop and execute care plans, and foster effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS* (within 180 days of hire), TNCC (within 180 days of hire).
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in trauma, neuro, or critical care units, and proficiency in arterial line management, ventilator management, and other advanced procedures.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must provide documentation of certifications and licensure, two references within the past year, and complete all onboarding modules as part of the contract process.
• Other: The role includes working every other Saturday and Sunday, with holiday coverage as needed, in an interdisciplinary environment with access to a full range of support services.
