Job Summary
The organization is seeking a Step Down Unit healthcare professional in a hospital setting. This role involves providing patient care on a 12-hour day shift, with a focus on cardiac and respiratory patients. The position supports a 36-hour work week starting December 14, 2026, through March 13, 2027.

Job Details

Position Description: Step Down Unit nurse responsible for patient care at a 21-bed facility, with ratios of 1:4. Float to Medical-Surgical and Emergency Room units as needed.
Required Qualifications: Certification in BLS, ACLS; valid TN license or compact license on file; minimum 2 years of clinical experience; prior travel experience; proficiency with Cerner electronic medical record system; prior experience in cardiac and respiratory patient care.
Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours shift, minimum 36 hours per week.
Additional Information: Must have a minimum of 2 years experience and prior travel experience. Must have TN license or compact on file at time of submission. Must have BLS/ACLS/NIHSS certifications. Will be required to work 2 of the 3 holidays; all time off must be on submission and not include more than one holiday.
Submission Requirements: IVS to interview; Manager to offer.
