Job Summary
Long Term Care (LTC) Nurse in a Post-Acute Care setting is sought for a 13-week assignment starting on 11/02/2026, with the possibility of extending through 02/01/2027. The position involves providing quality patient care in a diverse long-term care environment, with shifts primarily consisting of 12-hour days, including weekend and holiday rotations.

Job Details

• Position Description: Provides patient care within a long-term care, post-acute setting, following facility policies and procedures.
• Required Qualifications: BLS Certification; 1 year of experience; licensed to submit credentials to the organization.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts; every third weekend and holiday; minimum 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: No on-call or callback available. A $500 fee applies if a clinician backs out or quits with less than a 14-day notice. If GSS housing is used, local rates apply.
• Submission Requirements: Credentials must be submitted as part of the application process.
