Job Summary
A Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) registered nurse is needed at a healthcare facility. This role involves coordinating patient care from admission through discharge, addressing physical, psychosocial, safety, and educational needs in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Job Details

Certifications and Education Requirements: CA registered nurse license, ACLS, BLS.
Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Valid CA RN license, ACLS, BLS certifications, and at least 1 year of nursing experience.
Additional Details: Experience with medical-surgical and telemetry units preferred. The role includes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and utilizing nursing processes, medical therapeutics, and technology to deliver patient-centered care.
Submittal Requirements: Candidates must upload valid certifications, Nursys license within the last 2 weeks, and references from within the past year.
