Job Summary
Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse (CCL) Baltimore, MD. This position involves providing specialized nursing care in the cardiac catheterization laboratory setting. The role requires delivering high-quality patient care during cardiovascular interventions, adhering to clinical protocols, and supporting the multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details
- Position Description: The role involves working in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory performing cardiovascular interventions and supporting patient care before, during, and after procedures.
- Certifications and Education Requirements: Current BLS and ACLS certifications, minimum of two years of RN experience in Cardiac or Surgical Intensive Care Unit, and at least two years of recent Cath lab experience.
- Schedule: Days shift, 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with rotating/staggered shifts (7:00 AM to 5:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM).
- Additional Responsibilities: Experience with EPIC electronic health record system, moderate sedation, and ICU background preferred.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates must have prior employment verification, including any history with Johns Hopkins healthcare facilities, and confirm availability for the specified dates.
