Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a qualified ICU (Intensive Care Unit) professional for a night shift position in a specialized unit handling trauma, COVID, and other complex patient cases. This role involves providing care to vented and critically ill patients in a high-acuity environment, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and clinical excellence.

Job Details:

• Position: ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Registered Nurse
• Location: The healthcare provider operates within a hospital setting providing acute care services.
• Certifications/Education: ACLS (American Heart Association), BLS (American Heart Association); minimum of 2 years of experience required
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts from 7 pm to 7 am, with a minimum of 36 hours per week; rotating weekends and holidays
• Additional Requirements: Must have a valid drivers license outside 50 miles from the facility; candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved medical or religious exemption.
• Responsibilities: Providing high-quality patient care for ventilated patients, including trauma, COVID, and other acute conditions; adherence to unit protocols; collaboration with multidisciplinary teams including hospitalists, medical residents, and RTs.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with EPIC charting system, positive attitude, and willingness to work with varied complex cases.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Submission Requirements: Must include an unexpired drivers license, and candidates willing to wait for license approval may apply.
