• Position Description: The Med Surg Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, along with supervising staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. The role supports the facility Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, ensuring staff competency, and managing resources related to patient care.
