Job Summary
Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Not specified. This position involves providing specialized wound care services in an inpatient hospital setting. The role requires coordinating treatment plans, managing complex wound care needs, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Job Details
- Position Description: 2-year experience in inpatient hospital wound care.
- Certifications/Education: BLS (Basic Life Support).
- Special Requirements: Must have a minimum of two years of experience in an inpatient hospital setting.
- Schedule: Day shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Must have experience with wound and ostomy management, including skin and mucous membrane alterations, pressure ulcers, wound debridement, ostomy care, and the use of advanced wound care products and techniques. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team is essential. Candidates must have active licensure in the state of practice, with a valid compact license in hand at submission. References covering at least one year within the last three years are required.
