Job Details

• Position Description: RN - Telehealth, requiring 1 year of Ambulatory (potentially Emergency Department) or Inpatient experience. Telehealth and case management experience are preferred.
• Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, California nursing license required. Requires 1 year of relevant healthcare experience.
• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Location Requirements: Must be within a reasonable driving distance to the call center in Fontana, CA, and able to work at the call center for onboarding and technical support as needed.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be very comfortable with computers and have EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience. No time off will be approved during this assignment. Work location is at the Fontana call center, with no remote work options.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must be able to work in the designated location and fulfill the schedule requirements.
