Job Summary

Job Details

• Shift Time: Days
• Shift Hours: 12 hours
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Required Qualifications: Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License; BLS, ACLS & PALS, NIHSS certifications; 0 to 6 months of related experience; Epic experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: ENPC; TNCC.
• Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process in patient care, completing assessments, documenting clinical data accurately, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
• The role requires demonstrating sound knowledge of bio-psychosocial models, disease state management, and clinical pathways.
• The candidate must have effective communication skills and the ability to prioritize and organize work efficiently.
• Additional responsibilities include facilitating patient discharge education, making timely referrals, and supporting unit/hospital goals through educational activities.
• The position supports ongoing professional development through mandatory in-services and educational standards.
• Submission requires valid licensure and certifications before start date.
