Job Details

• Position: Medical Surgical Floor Nurse
• Specialty: Medical Surgical (MS)
• Location: en_US
• Shift: Nights (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.), every other weekend, with an end date of 02/08/2027
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); 2+ years of experience working in a MedSurg setting; Certified in EKG interpretation and comfortable working with tele patients; Cerner electronic medical record experience.
• Additional Qualifications: Experience with hospitalist or intensivist in-house coverage is preferred, along with familiarity with IV & PICC team procedures.
• Responsibilities: Providing comprehensive patient care, working with charge nurses and healthcare team members, managing patient charts and electronic health records, and adhering to hospital policies including holiday and weekend rotations.
• Schedule details: Night shifts, 12 hours in duration, with orientation on each unit prior to start.
• Submission Requirements: Active license to submit.
