The ER (Emergency Room) registered nurse position is located in the Rochester, NY area. The role involves providing adult emergency care in a state-of-the-art, 24/7 emergency department, managing a variety of critical diagnoses and patient needs. The position requires skilled clinical judgment and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, trauma-focused environment.

Job Details

• Position: Registered Nurse ER (Adult)
• Location: Rochester, NY (within 75 miles of the facility are not accepted)
• Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum 48 hours per week
• Contract Length: 13 weeks starting 11/17/2026, ending 02/16/2027
• Certifications: Active New York Single State RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC please include a valid NIHSS during submission
• Required Clinical Skills: IV therapy including blood product administration and central line care, ventilator management, neuro-trauma, stroke, TBI, cardiac monitoring, adult and pediatric emergency care, isolation precautions, triage, pediatric spinal cord injury
• Experience: Minimum 1-year ER experience, EPIC charting system experience required, previous charge experience preferred
• Schedule: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. or 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. shifts, 13-week contract, float within skillset, must submit special scheduling requests upon application.
• Additional Information: Candidate must be available to work every other holiday, with the ability to float within skillset, and adhere to clients call-off policy with up to three canceled shifts permitted during the contract period.
