Job Details

Position Description: Telemetry Nurse in a healthcare facility with responsibilities including patient monitoring, treatment administration, and care coordination for patients requiring telemetry services.
Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, minimum of 2 years of RN experience, telemetry experience, Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system experience, and the ability to work night shifts.
Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Additional Information: No float rotation required. Positions start on 11/16/2026 and end on 02/13/2027, with responsibilities including adherence to hospital policies and documentation standards.
