Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) Nurse located in Upland, CA. This position involves providing high-quality patient care within a hospital setting, focusing on adult medical-surgical and telemetry units. The role requires adaptability to the clinical environment and adherence to established healthcare protocols.

Job Details

Certifications: ACLS and NHISS certification required
Education Requirements: Registered Nurse (RN) license with at least 1 year of clinical experience
Specialty: Medical Surgical with Telemetry
Schedule: Nights shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
Position Duration: 13 weeks, starting 11/16/2026 and ending 02/13/2027
Additional Information: Candidate must be able to start on the specified date and work the outlined schedule. No float rotation required. Candidates are expected to comply with all hospital policies and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
