Job Summary
Medical Surgical Floor Nurse, located at a healthcare facility, is responsible for delivering patient-centered care to medical-surgical patients, including telemetry, pre- and post-surgical patients, and those with cardiac, respiratory, GI, and other conditions. This role involves collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes during day shifts.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Experience: TX RN license, BLS certification, 0 years of experience required.
• Responsibilities include providing nursing care in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment utilizing equipment such as bladder scanners, scales, vein finders, lift equipment, IV sonosite, and workstations on wheels.
• Must demonstrate a patient-centered mindset, teamwork, professionalism, and accountability.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must meet all stated qualifications and provide appropriate certifications.
