Job Details

• Position Description: The nursing role supports daily nursing activities, including resident assessments, medication administration, wound care, and monitoring resident conditions. The nurse acts as a leader on the floor, assessing and directing situations as needed, and ensures accurate documentation of resident records.
• Required Qualifications: Two-year degree in nursing or higher, Wisconsin Registered Nursing license, current CPR/BLS certification, and at least 1 year of related work experience preferred. Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail are required.
• Schedule: Rotating shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The position involves timely communication with physicians, families, and staff regarding resident conditions, and reporting any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation.
