Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Not Specified. This role involves providing critical care and support in the emergency department, ensuring patient safety, and delivering high-quality care to individuals experiencing urgent health issues. The RN will collaborate with a healthcare team to assess patient needs, implement treatment plans, and educate patients and families.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, every other weekend
• Required Qualifications: Current New York State Registered Nurse License; BLS Certification (AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross); ACLS; PALS; TNCC; Associate's degree from an accredited school of Nursing.
• Certification and license validation are mandatory prior to submission.
• Responsibilities include assessing, planning, delegating, and evaluating nursing care, educating patients and families, and ensuring compliance with all nursing practice standards.
• The RN will utilize pharmacology knowledge for medication administration and participate actively in professional development and evidence-based practice integration.
• Additionalduties may include performing roles related to charge nurse or shift coordinator when assigned.
