Operating Room Nurse in Bozeman, Montana This position involves working within the surgical division of the healthcare organization, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide optimal perioperative patient care. The role requires assessing patient needs, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions for surgical patients across all shifts.

Job Details

Certifications: Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse), American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited School of Nursing or Associates degree.
Experience: 18 months of Registered Nurse experience.
Location: Bozeman, Montana.
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week.
Additional information: The candidate must reside at least 90 miles from the facility, with flexible coverage across all shifts. The facility reserves the right to cancel three (3) shifts per 13-week contract in low census or unforeseen circumstances.
Clinical responsibilities include collecting comprehensive patient data, analyzing assessments, developing and implementing individualized plans of care, and ensuring adherence to all policies related to stroke and cerebrovascular care. The role emphasizes safety, quality improvement, and collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.
