Job Summary
The organization is seeking a Step Down Unit Nurse Specialist in Michigan. This position involves providing specialized nursing care within the units scope of practice, following hospital policies, nursing process guidelines, and standards of care. The role requires proficiency in cardiac patient management and the ability to adapt to floating before the start date.

Job Details

• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Education & Experience Requirements: 2 years of step down experience REQUIRED; strong cardiac experience/proficiency REQUIRED; travel experience PREFERRED
• Location Requirements: Michigan licensed
• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
• Additional Information: Responsible for delivering patient care within the assigned unit scope of practice, adhering to hospital policies, and following nursing process guidelines. Flexibility for floating is required. Submission of candidates must be in compliance with hospital policies and standards of practice.
