Job Summary

Registered Nurse Telemetry. The Clinical Nurse provides evidence-based, hands-on care to patients while assessing needs, developing individualized care plans, implementing interventions, evaluating outcomes, and coordinating care with patients, families, and the healthcare team. The role also supports patient education, safety, professional development, and continuous improvement in nursing practice.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current California Registered Nurse license; current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers; bachelors degree in nursing from an accredited college or university preferred; ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Additional Information: Provides family-centered care across the continuum of illness and recovery; performs comprehensive assessments and develops nursing diagnoses; prioritizes care, delegates tasks appropriately, activates emergency protocols when needed, and monitors patient and employee safety. Teaches patients, families, and nursing staff; contributes to team development, shared governance, professional education, and evidence-based nursing practice.
