Registered Nurse, Operating Room, Lodi, California. The role provides coordinated nursing care for assigned patients while applying the nursing process, critical thinking, and independent judgment. Responsibilities include collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, supervising assigned nursing staff, coordinating care, promoting patient safety, and supporting continuity of care.
Job Details
- Schedule: Day shifts consisting of 8-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved provider.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree and acute care facility experience.
- Additional Information: Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing patient data, developing and implementing individualized care plans, evaluating patient outcomes, coordinating care delivery, promoting a safe and healing environment, educating patients and families, participating in discharge planning, and appropriately delegating duties to healthcare team members.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
