Telemetry Nursing in Kailua The healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in telemetry to deliver comprehensive nursing care within a 160-bed hospital setting. This role involves supervising and directing nursing staff, coordinating patient care, and utilizing critical thinking to ensure the well-being of patients in a dynamic clinical environment.
Job Details
- Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Telemetry
- Location: Kailua
- Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN); Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from approved vendor; National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
- Preferred Qualifications: Acute care facility experience.
- Essential Functions: Collects and analyzes assessment data, develops and implements care plans, collaborates with the healthcare team, provides patient and family education, participates in discharge planning, delegates and coordinates duties of healthcare team members, and performs other related duties.
- Additional Information: The role requires delivering coordinated nursing care for patients, supervising various levels of nursing staff, and ensuring safety and quality in a healing environment. All associates must receive required vaccinations as a condition of employment, with exemptions applicable for medical and religious reasons. Adventist Health participates in E-Verify.
