Job Summary
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Nurse Location: The position involves performing independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions within the cardiac catheterization lab. The role focuses on assessing, planning, and implementing patient care related to cardiac procedures, and providing health education and counseling to support patient well-being in a hospital setting.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice, ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing) or higher from an accredited School of Nursing, BLS (American Heart Association) certification, and ability to perform necessary nursing and delegated medical functions.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree of Nursing and certification relevant to the cardiac catheterization laboratory are preferred.
• Responsibilities include performing health data assessments, executing nursing and medical functions within scope of practice, monitoring treatment plans, documenting care according to regulatory guidelines, and providing patient education. The candidate may be required to float to other departments within scope and qualifications based on operational needs.
• Additional Information: The role involves promoting the mission, vision, and values of the organization, ensuring high standards of care, and adhering to hospital and regulatory documentation guidelines. May be required to be put on-call during scheduled shifts.
