Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse (RN) General Healthcare Facility, Clyde, NC. Job Details

• Shift: Days
• Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
• Position Description: Performs patient assessments, administers medications, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to provide clinical care.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, at least 1 year of experience, and current certifications in BLS and other relevant healthcare standards.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in medical surgical units and knowledge of electronic medical records systems.
• Responsibilities include monitoring patient status, maintaining accurate documentation, and adhering to safety protocols.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must submit all necessary licensure proof and compliance documentation prior to assignment start.
• Additional Information: This position involves caring for adult and geriatric patients with conditions such as fx, COPD, HTN, CP, CHF, and inf.
