Job Summary

Registered Nurse (RN), Operating Room. The Clinical Nurse provides evidence-based, hands-on patient care while coordinating assessments, care planning, interventions, evaluations, education, and collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. The role also promotes patient safety, professional development, teamwork, and quality improvement.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Current California Registered Nurse (CA-RN) license; current American Heart Association certification for Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers; effective communication skills in English.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university.
• Schedule: Day shifts consisting of 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include providing family-centered care; assessing and interpreting patient data; developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans; administering nursing and medical interventions safely; educating patients, families, and staff; activating emergency protocols when necessary; prioritizing and delegating care appropriately; supporting patient and employee safety; using clinical technology for communication and documentation; and contributing to teamwork, shared governance, quality improvement, and professional development. The assignment is scheduled from 11/15/2026 through 02/13/2027.
