Registered Nurse Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Lodi, California. The role delivers coordinated nursing care to patients while applying established standards of care, critical thinking, and independent clinical judgment. Job Details

Schedule: Night shift with 12-hour shifts and a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from an approved vendor.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree and acute care facility experience.
Responsibilities: Collect and analyze patient data; develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans; coordinate care delivery; promote a safe and healing environment; collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers; provide health education; participate in discharge planning; and delegate and coordinate duties among healthcare team members.
