Job Summary

Registered Nurse, Medical Surgical Vascular Floor. This position supports patients in a medical-surgical and telemetry float pool within an acute care setting. The role requires telemetry interpretation, coverage across designated units, and participation in weekend and holiday rotations.

Job Details

• Schedule: Night shifts are 12 hours, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS); current nursing license required for submission; ability to read and interpret cardiac rhythm strips.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The role supports medical-surgical and telemetry patients, including those with end-stage renal disease, diabetes mellitus, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and alcohol-related conditions. Weekend coverage is required every other weekend, and holiday coverage rotates with the permanent staff schedule. Respiratory support may include bilevel positive airway pressure and continuous positive airway pressure. Assignment start date is 12/07/2026.
