Job Summary

Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) nursing position in North Adams, MA. The role supports postoperative patient care and requires high proficiency in perioperative and Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) nursing, including Phase I and Phase II recovery.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, 40 hours per week; assignment dates are 11/30/2026 through 03/01/2027.
• Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of operating room or preoperative experience; Phase I and Phase II recovery experience; experience with sedation, critical drips, and telemetry interpretation; ability to prepare the operating room and patients; experience across multiple surgical specialties; current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license; current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications; own vehicle required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: High proficiency in perioperative and Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) nursing is required. The position may include precepting and supporting clinical operations across assigned surgical locations. Facility-provided scrubs are available.
