Job Summary

Emergency Room position in Michigan supporting patients across a fully equipped emergency department. The role requires emergency care experience and collaboration with clinical staff trained in trauma and advanced adult and pediatric life support. The position may require floating to the Medical-Surgical unit as needed.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Room experience; Michigan licensure; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC), Basic Life Support (BLS), and American Heart Association (AHA) certifications; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and American Heart Association (AHA) certifications.
• Preferred Qualifications: National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification and prior travel experience.
• Schedule: Night shifts consisting of 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, with every other weekend required.
• Additional Information: The emergency department provides care for a broad range of patients and is supported by clinical staff with trauma and advanced adult and pediatric life support preparation. Floating to the Medical-Surgical unit may be required as needed.
