Job Summary

Registered Nurse, Long Term Care rotating assignment in a post-acute care setting. The role provides nursing care for patients with memory care needs, dementia, and orthopedic conditions, with coverage across day and evening shifts. Weekend and holiday coverage occurs every other rotation.

Job Details

• Schedule: Rotating schedule with a combination of 8- and 12-hour shifts, including day shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., day shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and evening shifts from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.; 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and a minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care nursing.
• Additional Information: 13-week assignment from 10/26/2026 through 01/25/2027 in a post-acute care setting. Patient populations include long-term care, memory care, dementia, and orthopedic cases. Weekend and holiday coverage is required every other rotation.
