Job Summary

Registered Nurse, Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The role provides critical care nursing for adult patients experiencing medical emergencies, postoperative needs, respiratory failure, sepsis, and acute stroke conditions. The position may also support stabilization of pediatric patients when critical care needs arise.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Schedule: Day shifts, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., 36 hours per week, including every third weekend.
• Additional Information: The Intensive Care Unit supports critically ill adult patients, including medical emergencies, postoperative care, respiratory failure, sepsis, and acute stroke cases. The role may include stabilizing pediatric patients before transfer to a higher level of pediatric care. Tele-neurology services may support the management of acute stroke patients.
