Job Summary

Registered Nurse Medical Surgical With Telemetry Glendale. The position delivers coordinated nursing care to assigned patients while supervising nursing staff and coordinating care with other disciplines. The role applies critical thinking, professional judgment, the nursing process, and established standards of care to promote safe, effective patient outcomes.

Job Details

Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); acute care facility experience.
Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Additional Information: Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing patient data, developing and implementing care plans, evaluating patient outcomes, coordinating care with patients, families, and healthcare providers, providing health education, participating in discharge planning, and appropriately delegating duties to healthcare team members. Required vaccinations may apply as a condition of employment, with applicable medical and religious exemptions.
