Job Summary

Registered Nurse Medical Surgical Floor Arlington, TX. This position provides nursing care in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit supporting post-surgical patients, pain management, and acute care needs. The assignment is scheduled for day shifts with 12-hour shifts and a minimum of 48 hours per week.

Job Details

Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 48 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse with medical-surgical or acute care experience; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be included in the submission packet.
Additional Information: The 30-bed unit maintains an approximate patient ratio of 6:1 and supports post-surgical care, including cholecystectomy and cystoscopy with stent placement, as well as pain management. Available equipment includes Hoyer lifts, Sara Steady devices, and bladder scanners. The environment is fast-paced, outgoing, and high-energy.
