Job Summary

Registered Nurse, Medical Surgical With Telemetry Templeton. The position provides comprehensive nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Graduate of a school of nursing; current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; one year of recent acute care Registered Nurse experience; experience with Epic.
• Preferred Qualifications: Medical-surgical floor experience.
• Schedule: Day shifts of 12 hours, 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include completing patient assessments, identifying and reporting abnormal findings, recognizing cardiac or respiratory distress, responding effectively to emergency situations, administering and documenting medications, supporting discharge planning, following infection control guidelines, maintaining clear documentation, participating in patient education, and collaborating with the healthcare team.
