Job Summary

Sterile Processing Technician Sterile Processing Tech Colorado Springs, Colorado. This travel position supports a collaborative sterile processing department serving pediatric patients. The role requires strong sterile processing, endoscope reprocessing, and teamwork skills, along with successful completion of multiple prior travel assignments.

Job Details

Schedule: 8-hour evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, totaling 40 hours per week; rotating weekends.
Assignment Period: 11/17/2026 through 02/13/2027.
Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of 1 year of sterile processing experience; minimum of 1 year of specialty experience; previous travel experience with multiple successful completed assignments, including at least one assignment with more than two extensions; pediatric experience; endoscope or scope reprocessing experience; current CRCST or CBSPD certification.
Preferred Qualifications: CIS or CER certification.
Additional Information: Competencies must be completed and signed off before independent work is assigned. Daily assignments are provided by department leadership. Candidates must work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and demonstrate strong sterile processing skills. Closed-toe shoes are required; Crocs are not permitted. Hospital-provided scrubs are available. Jewelry is not permitted, hair must be secured, facial hair must be neatly trimmed, and nails must be bare with no nail polish. Candidates must be available to work two of the three holidays. Requested time off is limited to four total days, with no requested time off from 11/17/2026 through 02/20/2027.
