Job Summary

Milwaukee, WI Operating Room position requiring a registered nurse with strong vascular surgery experience. The role supports a broad range of surgical procedures, including vascular, laparoscopic, general oncology, genitourinary, gynecologic, breast, plastic, abdominal, and robotic cases.

Job Details

Required Qualifications: Registered nurse; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; minimum of 2 years of experience; demonstrated ability to perform vascular cases.
Schedule: Rotating schedule with 8-hour shifts, variable day shift start times between 5:30 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., and a minimum of 40 hours per week. Weekend coverage is provided through call rotation. A 30-minute response time is required when on call.
Additional Information: The role includes exposure to a broad range of surgical cases and requires cross-training across the main operating room and urology center. Electronic medical record charting and medication-dispensing systems are utilized. Surgical scrubs are provided.
