Job Summary

Endoscopy Technician, ENDO LAB Oconomowoc, WI. This position supports gastrointestinal and endoscopic procedures, including upper and lower gastrointestinal procedures, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, bronchoscopy, and vasectomy procedures. Responsibilities include preparing patients, supporting pre- and post-procedure care, scrubbing cases, and assisting with sedation and telemetry monitoring.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: At least one year of endoscopy experience and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography experience.
• Schedule: Rotating shifts; 10-hour shifts; minimum 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The role supports approximately four patients per staff member in the pre- and post-procedure area. Experience with pre- and post-procedure care, sedation, telemetry interpretation, and scrubbing procedures is expected. Weekend rotation and on-call coverage may be required, including one weeknight every two weeks and one weekend approximately every eight weeks. A 30-minute response time may apply. Float rotation may include day surgery or a pain clinic.
