Job Summary

Telemetry Lewisville, TX. The position supports patient care on a 19-bed surgical telemetry unit during day shifts. The role includes collaboration with registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, patient care technicians, and an admission/discharge team to support safe and efficient patient care.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shift; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and 2 years of MS experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Charge experience and preceptor experience.
• Additional Information: The unit provides care for surgical telemetry patients with a typical patient ratio of 1:6. Responsibilities may include patient ambulation and wound care. The role may involve collaboration with an admission/discharge team and floating to an orthopedic trauma or inpatient rehabilitation department. Royal blue scrubs are required. A positive attitude and team-oriented approach are valued. Assignment dates are 11/30/2026 through 03/01/2027.
