Job Summary

Registered Nurse, Emergency Room Tehachapi, California. Job Details

• Schedule: Nights; 12-hour shifts; minimum 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or an approved equivalent; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or an approved equivalent; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or an approved equivalent.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); acute care experience.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing patient data, developing and implementing care plans, evaluating patient progress, coordinating care delivery, promoting a safe healing environment, educating patients and families, participating in discharge planning, and appropriately delegating duties to healthcare team members.
