Job Summary

Registered Nurse, Emergency Room Reedley, California. Delivers coordinated nursing care to individual patients or assigned patient groups according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs assigned nursing staff, coordinates interdisciplinary care, and applies critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in an acute care setting.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or an approved provider.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN); acute care facility experience.
• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing patient data, developing and implementing care plans, evaluating outcomes, collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare providers, providing health education, participating in discharge planning, and appropriately delegating and coordinating care team duties.
