Job Summary

Medical Surgical Floor position providing comprehensive nursing care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The role collaborates with healthcare professionals, incorporates patients age and cultural needs into care delivery, and supports quality improvement initiatives that promote positive patient outcomes.

Job Details

Schedule: Night shifts; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week.
Assignment Dates: 12/01/202603/02/2027.
Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing; current California Registered Nurse (RN) license; current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to administer treatments and medications, interpret diagnostic tests, develop plans of care, collaborate with healthcare providers, educate patients and significant others, and contribute to quality nursing care through performance improvement activities.
