Description
Job Summary
Registered Nurse, Cardiac Cath Lab. This position supports cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology procedures in a clinical setting. The role requires variable daytime scheduling, participation in department call coverage, and the ability to float within the assigned skill set when needed.
Job Details
- Schedule: Day shift with 8-hour shifts and a minimum of 40 hours per week. Variable shift times may include 7:00 AM3:30 PM, 8:00 AM4:30 PM, or 8:30 AM5:00 PM.
- Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse with an active Wisconsin nursing license; Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications; at least 3 years of experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse; travel nursing experience; proficiency with EPIC.
- Additional Information:
- Call coverage is based on department needs and currently averages one weekday evening per week from 5:00 PM7:00 AM.
- Weekend call coverage is currently scheduled approximately one weekend per month from 5:00 PM Friday through 7:00 AM Monday.
- Holiday call coverage may be required based on department needs.
- License verification, a professional profile, two professional references, and a skills checklist are required for submission.
