Description
Job Summary
Operating Room This position supports surgical services across orthopedic, general, and robotic procedures. The successful candidate demonstrates strong teamwork, reliability, punctuality, and the ability to support a collaborative clinical environment.
Job Details
- Schedule: Day shifts are scheduled for 10 or 12 hours, from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of operating room experience
- Experience with orthopedic, general, and robotic surgical cases
- Experience with electronic medical record systems
- Completion of at least one successful travel assignment
- Illinois licensure
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Preferred Qualifications: Scrub license or certification
- Additional Information:
- No weekend, holiday, or call requirements
- A 30-minute lunch is required
- Orientation is provided
- Candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude, reliability, punctuality, and willingness to support team members
- Application materials should include a resume, two supervisor references from the past year, a skills checklist, and copies of certification and license verification
- Credentials are due by the Thursday before the assignment start date
- Assignment dates are 11/22/2026 through 02/21/2027
