Local rate- $70/HR
Description:
Years of Experience: 3 Years
Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
Charting System: EPIC
Name of Position Requirements: Minimum of 3yrs experience in L&D, Post Partum and Gyn
STABLE preferred not required
Willing to float to NB nursery and NICU
Certifications Required: CPR/BLS, ACLS, and NRP
General job duties. Types of procedures required: Care of the L&D patient and nursing care during delivery. This includes high risk patients. Postpartum mom and baby care. Gyn surgical postop care.
Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.): Fetal monitors, suction, oxygen, vital signs monitors, OBIX documentation and centralized monitoring for L&D, EPIC for gyns.
L&D, M/B, gyn care. fetal monitoring. 3 years L&D.
Nurse to patient ratio of this unit: 1:1 or 1:2 for L&D, 1:3 mom/baby couplets, 4 gyns. combination of mom/babies and gyns = 1:5-6.
