Description

Job Title: Travel Ultrasound / Sono Tech – 13-Week Contract

Overview:
Join a premier healthcare team in Houma, LA, as a Travel Ultrasound / Sono Technologist for a rewarding 13-week contract. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with advanced imaging technology, enhance your high-acuity imaging skills, and collaborate with a dedicated, patient-focused team in a dynamic environment. If you’re seeking a challenging yet fulfilling assignment with competitive compensation, this position is ideal for you.

Pay Package:

  • Base Pay: $38/hour
  • Overtime: $75/hour
  • Weekly Per Diem: $1,060
  • Estimated Weekly Earnings: $2,270

Required Skills:

  • Valid Ultrasound / Sonography license or relevant state credential in Louisiana (or compact license)
  • Current BLS certification
  • Proven experience in ultrasound and sonography procedures
  • Ability to perform high-quality, high-acuity imaging procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Relevant clinical experience in ultrasound/sonography procedures
  • Demonstrated proficiency with advanced imaging technology in a fast-paced setting

Other Requirements:

  • Must be willing to travel; location is at least 65 miles away from current residence
  • Flexible shift availability, including days or nights
  • Criminal background check required by state law
  • Active license or credential must be maintained throughout the assignment
