Description

Job Title: Paramedic – Emergency Services

Overview:
Medical Edge Recruitment is seeking a qualified Paramedic for an immediate contract opportunity in Luling, LA. This essential role contributes directly to emergency patient care within a hospital setting, offering a rewarding environment for healthcare professionals dedicated to lifesaving practices and patient support. Pay Package:
$17 per hour plus $875 weekly

Required Skills:

  • Current and valid NREMT Paramedic License in Louisiana
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an EMT
  • Current and valid ACLS, BLS, Class D, and Defensive Driving certifications
  • Strong background in EMT/B, EMT-1 roles
  • Ability to perform under pressure and deliver high-quality emergency care

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Proven experience in emergency medical services, specifically within hospital settings or similar environments
  • Demonstrated proficiency in advanced life support procedures

Other Requirements:

  • Availability for 12-hour day or night shifts
  • Must pass a criminal record check in accordance with state law
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced emergency department setting
  • Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
