Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical
Overview:
Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Registered Nurse, where you will lead patient care delivery within a dynamic and supportive environment. You will utilize your clinical expertise to guide and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes while demonstrating cultural sensitivity and professional accountability. This is a vital role for experienced nurses committed to making a meaningful impact in patient care and nursing excellence.
Pay Package: $2,116 per week
Schedule: 12 hour night shift
Required Skills:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2+ years of clinical nursing experience
- Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to assess learning needs and implement appropriate teaching strategies
- Ability to delegate, communicate, and manage nursing team resources effectively
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, accreditation standards, or regulatory requirements relevant to nursing practice
- Familiarity with data-driven evaluation to promote clinical improvements
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Other Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Physical capacity to perform heavy work, including exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and frequently, and 10-20 pounds constantly
- Ability to work in environments with exposure to blood, body fluids, and potentially communicable diseases
- Must work in patient care areas involving direct patient interaction and specimen handling
