Up to $115,000 annually

Overview
We are looking for full-time Physical Therapists for multiple outpatient locations across Indiana.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate, plan, and implement evidence-based therapy programs.
• Deliver high-quality patient care and supervise PTAs and aides.
• Collaborate with physicians and other care providers for best outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient progress tracking.

• Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus
• Loan reimbursement program
• Potential total compensation up to $115,000 annually
• Generous PTO and extended illness days
• Unlimited CEU access and certifications

• Graduate of an accredited PT program (APTA)
• Active or eligible Indiana PT license
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills
