This role is ideal for nurses who excel in critical thinking, patient monitoring, and providing intermediate care for patients transitioning from intensive care to general medical-surgical units.Required skills include Progressive Care/Stepdown expertise, BLS, ACLS, and patient monitoring. Preferred skills include experience with EPIC EMR and advanced assessments.
